We want you to love your Apricity Baby purchase. If something isn’t quite right, we’re here to help.

Eligibility
We accept returns within 30 days of purchase for items that are:

  • Unused and in original condition

  • In their original packaging

  • Accompanied by proof of purchase

Change of Mind Returns
If you’ve changed your mind, you’re welcome to return the item for a store credit or refund.

  • Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer

  • We recommend using a tracked service to ensure safe return

Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your item arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us at hello@apricitybaby.com within 7 days of delivery.
We’ll arrange a replacement or refund, and cover return shipping costs where applicable.

Email us at hello@apricitybaby.com with your order number and reason for return. We’ll guide you through the next steps.
